Ethiopian NYC is a small community.
Coffee is originally from Ethiopia. Ethiopian food is delicious. We eat with our hands in the traditional way, using injera flatbread as a scoop in our left hand.
Things are messy now, but Ethiopia is respected because it was the only African country to avoid colonization. For this reason, many African countries based their colors on the old Ethiopian Empire flag. 🇪🇹
