Tropical Music is Caribbean music. It’s not only from the islands, but also from Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Peru and New York City.
Many traditions spread from Cuba around the Caribbean and Latin America. Brazilian music is related, but is categorized by the Latin Academy as Portuguese Music.
